1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all current and future purchases of digital goods made through the Mu-Radiant website at https://mu-radiant.ddns.net/. By completing a purchase on Mu-Radiant, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Mu-Radiant does not currently operate a shop or accept payments of any kind. This policy is published in advance of any future donation or cash shop system and will come into effect at the time such a system is introduced.

2. Nature of Digital Goods

All goods sold or distributed through Mu-Radiant are digital consumable goods, including but not limited to:

  1. In-game credits, currency, or points.
  2. In-game items, equipment, or cosmetics.
  3. Account boosts, bonuses, or privileges.
  4. Any other virtual good delivered to a player account.

These goods are delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase. Due to their intangible and consumable nature, they are subject to the refund conditions set out in this policy.

3. General Refund Rule

All purchases of digital goods on Mu-Radiant are final and non-refundable once the goods have been delivered to your account and any of the following conditions are met:

  1. The purchased credits, currency, or points have been spent or transferred, partially or fully.
  2. The purchased items have been equipped, traded, gifted, or otherwise used.
  3. More than 12 hours have elapsed since the time of purchase.
  4. The digital goods have been consumed or modified in any way, partially or fully.

Once any of the above conditions are met, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Refund Window

A refund request may be considered only if all of the following conditions are simultaneously met:

  1. The request is submitted within 12 hours of the original purchase.
  2. The purchased goods have not been used, consumed, equipped, traded, or transferred in any way, partially or fully.
  3. The total purchased credits, currency, or points remain entirely unspent on the account.
  4. The request is submitted via email to support@mu-radiant.ddns.net with proof of purchase included.

Meeting the above conditions does not guarantee a refund. All refund requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of the Mu-Radiant administration team.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Regardless of the time elapsed since purchase, refunds will not be issued in any of the following situations:

  1. The digital goods have been partially or fully consumed, used, or traded.
  2. The account associated with the purchase has been suspended or permanently banned for a violation of our Terms of Service.
  3. The purchase was made on a shared or compromised account.
  4. The player claims dissatisfaction with game balance, server rates, or any subsequent changes to the Server.
  5. The player's account was permanently deleted at their own request after the purchase was made.
  6. The refund request is submitted more than 12 hours after the time of purchase.
  7. The request cannot be verified due to insufficient or missing proof of purchase.

6. EU Consumer Rights & Waiver of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), consumers based in the European Union are normally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. However, this right does not apply where:

  1. The consumer has explicitly requested immediate delivery of the digital content, and
  2. The consumer has acknowledged and accepted that the right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery.

By completing a purchase on Mu-Radiant and receiving immediate delivery of digital goods to your account, you acknowledge that delivery has commenced at your request and that you accept the conditions of this Refund Policy in place of the standard 14-day withdrawal right.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable EU consumer protection law that cannot be contractually waived.

7. Technical Failures & Delivery Errors

If a purchase was completed but the digital goods were not delivered to your account due to a verified technical error on our part, you are entitled to either:

  1. Delivery of the purchased goods, or
  2. A full refund of the amount paid.

To report a delivery failure, contact us at support@mu-radiant.ddns.net within 12 hours of the purchase, including your account name, transaction details, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be honoured.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting Mu-Radiant support is considered a violation of this policy and our Terms of Service. In such cases, Mu-Radiant reserves the right to:

  1. Immediately suspend or permanently ban the associated account.
  2. Revoke all digital goods associated with the disputed transaction.
  3. Take further action as permitted under applicable law.

We encourage all players to contact us first at support@mu-radiant.ddns.net to resolve any payment issues before escalating to a chargeback.

9. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email support@mu-radiant.ddns.net within 12 hours of your purchase and include the following:

  1. Your Mu-Radiant account username.
  2. Proof of purchase (transaction ID, receipt, or payment confirmation).
  3. The reason for the refund request.
  4. Confirmation that the digital goods have not been used, consumed, or traded.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The outcome of all refund requests is at the sole discretion of the Mu-Radiant administration team and is final.

10. Changes to This Policy

Mu-Radiant reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published on the official website at https://mu-radiant.ddns.net/. Continued use of the Server and any purchases made after the date of revision constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
