  1. All accounts, characters, items, and progress created on Mu-Radiant remain the exclusive property of the Server at all times.
  2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others.
  3. The Server reserves the right to reset, modify, wipe, rollback, or permanently delete any account, character, or item at any time, with or without prior notice.
  4. Account sharing, selling, or transferring is done entirely at your own risk. The Server is not responsible for any resulting loss.
  5. You may not create accounts for the purpose of harassment, impersonation, or bypassing bans.

4. Rules of Conduct

All players are expected to behave respectfully. The following are strictly prohibited:

4.1 Cheating & Exploitation

  1. Use of hacks, cheats, bots, macros, trainers, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.
  2. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal gain.
  3. Using packet manipulation or memory editing tools of any kind.

4.2 Harassment & Toxicity

  1. Harassment, bullying, threatening, or intimidating other players.
  2. Use of offensive, racist, sexist, or discriminatory language in any communication channel.
  3. Deliberately disrupting the gameplay experience of others.

4.3 Deceptive Behavior

  1. Scamming other players in trades or transactions.
  2. Impersonating Server staff or administrators.
  3. Spreading false information about the Server or its staff.

4.4 Account Abuse

  1. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans ("ban evasion").
  2. Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage ("multi-clienting") unless explicitly permitted by the Server.
  3. Sharing accounts between players.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans at the sole discretion of the Server administration.

5. Bans & Penalties

5.1 Types of Penalties

The Server reserves the right to apply the following at its discretion:

  1. Warning — Formal notice of a rule violation.
  2. Temporary Ban — Account suspension for a defined period.
  3. Permanent Ban — Indefinite account termination with no right to recovery of characters or items.
  4. IP Ban — Blocking access from a specific IP address.

5.2 Ban Appeals

If you believe you have been banned unfairly, you may submit a ban appeal by contacting the administration through the official website at https://mu-radiant.ddns.net/. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the ban being issued.

The Server administration's decision on all appeals is final. The Server is under no obligation to provide detailed reasoning for enforcement decisions.

5.3 No Compensation

No compensation, reimbursement, or restoration of characters, items, or progress will be provided as a result of a ban, regardless of its outcome.

6. Game Modifications & Server Integrity

Mu-Radiant is a private, fan-made server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original developers or publishers of MU Online. We operate independently as a non-commercial gaming community.

The Server reserves the right to:

  1. Modify game rates, mechanics, items, and systems at any time without prior notice.
  2. Perform resets, wipes, or rollbacks as necessary for server balance or technical reasons.
  3. Take servers offline for maintenance at any time.

7. Privacy Policy
